By using file.CoShareX, you consent to these terms of service and our decentralized transfer policies.

1. Scope of Service

file.CoShareX provides a direct, web-based signaling architecture that enables peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfers. We do not provide file storage hosting. Our service is designed to let browsers stream data directly between each other.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use file.CoShareX solely for lawful transfers. You must not stream files that violate copyrights, distribute malicious code (malware/viruses), or violate local regulations. You assume sole responsibility for all shared data.

3. Service Availability

Our platform is provided 'as is' without warranties. Connection success depends on client firewalls, browser WebRTC support, and local network speeds. We do not guarantee connection uptime or successful network traversal.

4. Limitations of Liability

Because file payloads never traverse our servers and are encrypted end-to-end, file.CoShareX holds zero visibility into your data and is not liable for transfer failures, data loss, or user configurations.

These terms are governed by global guidelines. If you do not agree to these policies, please terminate your connection.
